These terms apply to all appointments, treatments and services provided by MEDIMAYS — Aesthetics & Beauty ("MEDIMAYS", "we", "us"). By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & appointments
Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. When you book online, your requested time is reserved in our calendar and a confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
2. Consultations & suitability
Certain treatments — particularly injectables and skin boosters — may require a consultation and/or patch test before they can be carried out. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a treatment where, in our professional judgement, it is not suitable or safe for you. You agree to provide accurate information about your health, medications and medical history where requested.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations and missed appointments may affect future bookings. Any deposit and cancellation terms applicable to your treatment will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices shown on this website are a guide and may be adjusted following consultation based on your individual treatment plan. We will always confirm the price with you before proceeding.
5. Results
Aesthetic treatments affect everyone differently and individual results cannot be guaranteed. We will give you honest, professional guidance on what to realistically expect and provide aftercare advice you should follow.
6. Age
Treatments are available to adults aged 18 and over. We may request proof of age.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, MEDIMAYS is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to follow aftercare instructions or to disclose relevant medical information.
